An investigation has been launched after a person was discovered lifeless inside a automotive in Better Manchester.

Police made the grim discovery at 8.45am at present.

Officers have cordoned off a close-by road whereas early investigations are carried out.

At this stage, police say they don’t consider the dying is suspicious.

Officers had been referred to as to the scene as a result of ‘concern for welfare of a man in a vehicle’ on Boarshaw Highway in Middleton, Better Manchester.

The automotive was reportedly parked close to to Middleton Cemetery and Crematorium.

In an announcement, Better Manchester Police stated: ‘At round 8:45 at present (Saturday 4 March 2023) officers had been referred to as to a priority for welfare of a 37-year-old man in a automobile on Boarshaw Highway in Middleton.

‘Emergency providers attended, however he was sadly pronounced lifeless on the scene.

‘Enquiries are ongoing but there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.’
